The Position

St John of God Health Care is seeking COVID Vaccination Verification Officer’sto join the team. As a COVID Vaccination Verification Officer, you are to support the administrative management and coordination of the overall Group wide COVID Vaccination record keeping and reporting process for St John of God Health Care (SJGHC). In particular, this role will specifically undertake the process of vaccination certificate verification within the SJGHC COVID Vaccination Portal.

We have multiple positions on offer, one on a 5 month fixed term contract (1.0 FTE), and others on a casual basis.

The successful candidate will have:

• A willingness and capacity to embrace the Mission and Values of St John of God Health Care.
• Experienced in data management and input within a sensitive healthcare environment
• Well-developed and methodical process skills.
• High-level communication (written, verbal and listening) and interpersonal skills to develop effective relationships, consult with key stakeholders, and provide effective advice and expertise with regard to project methodology.
• Demonstrated significant experience in supporting project groups with successful outcomes.
• Demonstrated time management and organisational abilities.
• Demonstrated computer literacy including operation of Microsoft Office suite.
