Position: Cost Reconciliation Administrator, Dome Productions, Bell Media

Location: Rogers Centre, 1 Blue Jays Way, Toronto, Ontario

Salary: Commensurate with education and applied experience 

Job Status: Regular Full Time

Hours of work: 40 hours per week. Overtime as required.

 

Responsibilities:

Reconcile flight and hotel charges incurred by Dome against the costs estimated by Domes travel department. Book journal entries to allocate these costs to the related job numbers in SAP

Reconcile and code all rental car invoices received to the associated job numbers

Work closely with the travel coordinators to verify the accuracy and validity of all travel costs incurred by Dome

Act as a liaison between American Express and the Dome travel team to resolve any issues that arise

Perform retroactive analysis on a monthly basis to identify jobs where travel costs incurred were in excess of expectation, report on key metrics to various levels of management

Implement process and program improvements as they relate to the travel reconciliation process

Other responsibilities as needed and assigned

 

 Qualifications:

1-2 years of recent and relevant experience providing financial administrative support

Exceptional attention to detail

Proactive approach to problem solving, analytical mind

Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Strong oral and written communication skills

Experience with AMEX BTA is an asset
