Job Description

MAYDAY is proud to partner with a reputable Global Investment company that is on the hunt for a proactive, professional & friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for stakeholders and clients.

The successful candidate will be highly organized, switched on, well presented, and adaptable with a willingness to support where needed.

What will you be doing?

  • Handle incoming calls, both internal and external
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and other deliveries
  • Checking stock regularly to determine inventory level
  • Ensure meeting rooms are clean and tidy and all times
  • Arrange catering as required for all external and internal meetings or special occasions including monthly staff lunches.
  • Manage on-site AV technical issues

  • This role requires the successful candidates to be fully vaccinated
