Who we are looking for:

Under the direction of the Senior Associate/Officer, the Associate 2 should process the payments for Cash COE business. The suitable candidate will be placed at Hyderabad location & should have minimum 2 years of investment banking experience and/or experience in payments process would be an added advantage

Why this role is important to us:

Associate 2 will assist in processing wire payments, internal transfers, FX payments accurately, timely and consistently. He/She should have the approach to foster a team-oriented environment servicing all customers.

What you will be responsible for:

As Associate 2 you will:

  • Ensure all requests received are processed timely and accurately
  • Elevates issues to Senior Associate/Officer
  • Adheres to department operating procedures by employing appropriate review and control procedures  
  • Serves as a source of technical information and training for entry-level staff
  • Takes part in training, seminars, etc. to keep your knowledge up to date
  • Flexibility with schedule to assist in coverage with staff vacation and illness 
  • Assist for Management Reporting 
  • Assists Management with day to day operational procedures 
  • Participates in special projects, as needed
  • Interacts in a positive and respectful manner with team members and other functional units within the organization
  • Prepare, as required, clear and concise internal/external correspondence

Education & Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in business discipline preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Applications e.g. Excel, Word, etc.
