Job Description

Confident and experienced administration coordinators needed to provide outstanding administrative support to a range of professionals in the medical field.

Both roles are temporary, with one based in Lower Hutt and other based in their Newtown office.

Key duty for this busy Monday to Friday role is roster management. The successful candidates are primarily involved in the planning, recording, accessing and adjusting of medical staff rosters, as well as assisting with leave and other absence requests.

We would like to hear from you if you have amazing administration skills, worked in a similar role or within the medical field, and have advanced excel skills.

We are also looking for someone with great attention to detail who is confident when it comes to communicating with senior staff members.
