Ko tÄ mÄtou mahi - Our Role
This newly created role will provide significant support in managing inbound customer queries, coordinating activity and updating system records to ensure excellent customer service is maintained and records are accurate.
You will be part of a busy, dedicated team responsible for coordination and oversight of national issues management, resolution, information requests and performance reporting across multiple areas at KÄinga Ora in the management of issues and resolution.
