POSITION OVERVIEW
As a member of the Communications team, the Coordinator, Corporate Communications, will join our efforts to keep our very diverse and widespread workforce informed, engaged and connected. Operating in a fast, ever-changing industry, our team works with various departments to ensure employees are equipped with the information needed to successfully do their jobs and offer customers the best service possible.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Collaborate with various departments to execute communication plans
Coordinate communication activities with the team, maintain the communications calendar and ensure timely distribution
Collaborate with project teams and management to develop communication strategies that will stimulate and engage our employees
Manage communications mailboxes to ensure timely and accurate responses
Write and revise internal communications and documents (organizational changes, presentations, technical process updates, project launches, announcements, newsletter, etc.)
Design visual elements (banners, presentations, documents, articles) for multiple communication channels
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop communications content for newsletter and intranet
Develop content such as articles, videos, presentations, employee emails, etc.
Contribute to the delivery of the weekly corporate newsletter
Track and measure corporate newsletter success through analytics
Develop content for the corporate social media platform and act as moderator when needed
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
Competencies
Passion for creating content that tells a story and evokes engagement
Bilingual with strong French and English writing and communication skills
An eye for design and attention to detail
Excellent organization skills
Ability to work well with a team
Proficiency in the use of Adobe suite an asset
Qualifications
University or College Degree in Communications, Digital Marketing, and other related fields or equivalent combination of education and experience
1+ years of experience in a similar position
Excellent command of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)

The incumbent will work in an office environment; *due to circumstances, work will be done from home until further notice*
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm; be prepared to work beyond regular hours on occasion depending on business needs.
