Job description:
The Coordinator Campus Partner Relations supports the Campus Concession Manager in his tasks. He/she manages on a daily basis the relationship with the partners and coordinates all operational aspects related to the management of an advertising concession. He/she plans meetings and performs follow-ups of tasks with internal and external stakeholders. She/he participates in the development of the Campus strategy and ensures her/his actions fall in line with the said strategy. Finally, the person in this position keeps the different concession dashboards up to date, ensures that the objectives are met and suggests areas for improvement.
Main responsibilities relating to the position:
- Manage the relationship with the Campus partners on a daily basis: Campus inbox, calls, follow-up meetings, etc. The person in this position is the first point of contact for the partners and must master the contractual and operational aspects of each of the concessions
- Coordination of operational activities: inventory update, maintenance, construction. The person will have to follow up with internal (operations) and external (partners, suppliers) stakeholders and ensure problems are resolved and systems updated, as needed
- Contractual monitoring: update SAP based on contracts and inventory changes. Update contracts as needed: extension, renegotiation of MAG, etc. Verify with finance and legal team
- Payment validation and approval (MAG, revenue share, scholarships)
- Monitoring of external allocations (media plan made by sales) and development of internal allocations in Apropo
- Maintenance of the Leasing Campus directory: ensure that contracts are up-to-date and properly classified, update of the Assessment database, etc
- Special projects: consolidation and updating of maps, identification of panels; others to be determined
- Support with tenders: the coordinator, through her/his knowledge of the partner and the Campus, will be a key player in the preparation of tenders
- Site visits to strengthen the partner relationship, to assess new business opportunities and/or to offer new products or withdrawals according to the Campus strategy
- Development and update of Dashboard data: define KPIs (with the Managers’ help) and build a monitoring tool including but not limited to contractual, inventory and financial data
Knowledge / skils required:
- Excellent organizational skills, thoroughness and precision
- Demonstrate leadership and strong teamwork
- Ability to maintain good interpersonal relations, to establish priorities, to work on several files simultaneously
- Demonstrate the skills to communicate effectively, to adapt to unforeseen events and demonstrate an ability to resolve problems quickly
- Have good judgement, a sense of responsibility, and a great capacity for analysis, of synthesis and decision
- 2-3 years of experience in advertising concession management, or other related field or equivalent, an asset
- Bilingualism, French and English, oral and written (essential)
- Proficiency in Office Suite; Excel, Word and PowerPoint (tools used on a daily basis)
- Knowledge of Astral products – an asset
Bilingualism is required (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
