Our dynamic client in Calgary is currently seeking a Contracts Admin to join their fast-paced team for a contract/temporary role.

As the Contracts Admin, your day to day responsibilities may include, but not be limited to:

  • Monitoring for new deals and ensuring trade data is recorded correctly
  • Coordinating and following up on internal approval of new trades
  • Preparing trade confirmations
  • Tracking all trade executions
  • Tracking trade amendments and revisions
  • Ensuring PKI compliance
  • Preparing weekly KPI’s
  • Ad hoc duties as requested

Requirements

Put your talents to the test as a Contracts Admin with our client. The successful Contracts Admin will possess the following:

  • 1+ years of previous experience in a Contracts Administrative or similar role
  • Insurance experience is an asset
  • Previous experience with communications and trading activities
  • Exceptional tracking, scheduling and time management skills
  • Ability to pick up quickly with a willingness to learn
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Available to start immediately
