About this role

We are inviting a Junior Contract Administrator/Estimator to join our fast-growing team, to work on some of Sydney’s most creative and iconic architectural residences in Sydney CBD and Eastern suburbs. You will be working together with our Senior Contracts Admin and Project Manager on different projects.

  • You will be responsible for:  getting quotes and tender packages from subcontractors and supplier, and coordinating samples and deliveries
  • You will be responsible for:  producing financial information and data for progress claims, progress payments, purchase orders, construction budget, variations and invoices
  • You will be responsible for:  assisting Project Manager to manage construction program, budget and critical path
  • You will be responsible for:  preparing and completing project estimates, tenders, and overall budget
  • You will be responsible for:  coordinating subcontractors in accordance with site status and programme
  • You will be responsible for: organising documentation and contracts with subcontractors and suppliers, and ensuring contracts are accurately delivered on site
  • You will be responsible for:  managing RFIs and design reviews, liaising with architects, engineers and surveyors

Qualifications & Experiences

  • Bachelor in construction related fields, including but not limited to civil engineering, construction management, project management etc
  • At least 2 years’ experience as an Estimator or CA in residential construction industry
  • High level proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel and Cheops
  • Experience in successfully coordinating and completing projects, understanding the key milestones and procedures in delivering a job.
  • Proficient with interpreting drawings, design documents
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage workflow
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to details
  • Full Drivers Licence
