LHP Landscaping + Joel Irrigation offers over 30 years experience in residential, rural and commercial landscape design across Perth.

We provide a complete comprehensive start-to-finish landscape service – beginning with the initial consultation and design concepts through to construction and maintenance.

We are looking for a full time Contracts Administrator to join our team and perform the following duties:

• Preparing and reviewing contracts and projects;
• Working along with managers and other staff to make sure projects are provided within the deadlines and agreements;
• Liaising with local councils, schools, developers and other businesses for the development and variations of contracts and projects;
• Preparing reports and analyzing projects undertaken by the company and giving feedback to management;
• Discussing with management any issues that may arise and reporting any variations to work orders.

We require at least 2 years of working experience, ability to work well under pressure and great problem-solving skills.

Location: Nedlands, WA

Salary: $50,000 to $70,000

Position: Full Time
