About the position
We have an exciting Permanent Call Centre Representative opportunity at our Tamaki Health Head Office. Our Call Centre is open 7 days a week, 8.00am to 6.00pm (Monday to Friday) and 8.00am to 4.00pm (Saturday and Sunday).
As a Call Centre Representative, you will be our first point of contact for customers and patients. The team works a rotating roster with a mix of days, afternoons and weekend shifts (average 8 hours plus overtime as required). Our call Centre team is a close-knit, friendly and supportive bunch. You will have continuous training throughout your career journey with us.
