Job Description

As part of our team, you will provide social housing policy advice to our clients, manage social housing applications as well as grant financial support to our clients over the phone. About you

  • You are quick to navigate your way around multiple IT systems, you also have an eagerness to learn and desire for self-improvement. 
  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where frequent change is normal.
  • You are punctual, reliable, and able to work in a structured and often demanding environment.

Hours of Work 

  • Full time (37.55 hours per week).
  • The Contact Centre’s contracted hours of operation are Monday to Saturday 6.30am to 10.00pm.
  • The current hours of operation are Monday to Friday 7am to 6:15 p.m. and Saturday 8.00am – 2.00pm.  Saturdays will be rotational, and you will only work approx. one Saturday a month.
  • We work on a no surprises basis and will ensure that you will know your scheduled shifts well in advance. 

Key recruitment process information

  • If you are short listed the recruitment process will include phone screening, an interview with a panel, reference checking and Police Vetting.
  • All candidates must include a current / updated CV with their application. A cover letter although not required is preferred. 
  • Salary starts from $53,502.00 per annum, with the ability to progressively earn more through performance progression.
  • Candidates must hold NZ Citizenship or a Permanent Resident visa at time of application
