We require 2 Customer Service Agents to work inbound shifts as below:

This is for an IMMEDIATE Start

Training Hours are paid @ $21.00 per hours. Once trained and live on your calls you are paid $ 22.00 an hours and once you have moved on as Senior CSR you are paid $ 23.00 per hour. For an 8 hour shift you have allocated 2 X 15 mins and 1 X 30 mins Fully Paid breaks.

POSITIONS AVAILABLE:

Position  - Monday  - Friday 12pm to 8pm

We require:

• Previous Inbound Call Centre experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Flexible and reliable
• Have a strong IT skill set in addition to excellent keyboard skills, and the ability to learn new operating systems. 
• Your typing speed should be in excess of 50 WPM.
• Team player
