About the role

We’re looking for passionate and tenacious people to join our team based in Mt. Albert.

Working as a Consumer Support Agent, you will make every communication matter, ensuring that all points of the customer journey are as stress free as possible. You will pride yourself on delivering a great customer experience. .

You will love to learn and be driven by helping others when it matters most!

Day to day you will be:

• Providing memorable experience on every interaction
• Build relationship and engage customers by going extra mile
• Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat

If you can communicate with customers in a professional, friendly & thoughtful way with the ability to adapt to demanding situations and customer types this may be the role for you!

To make this role yours

• Previous experience in customer support role
• Have strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• You  need to have customer focus and ability to adapt to customer needs
• Need to be able to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
• Excellent communications skills both written & verbal
