The role:

We are seeking a psychologist with a passion for developing positive workplace mental health and wellbeing to assist us in delivering our premium range of products and services.

This diverse and challenging role will initially focus on assisting senior staff in program development and facilitation across a number of areas from workplace mental health and wellbeing, complex personalities in the workplace, resilience, and managing staff with mental health concerns.

Longer term, it is expected that this individual will also progress to working collaboratively with the Communicorp team to develop new business and prioritise ongoing client relationship management. You will work alongside experts in the field.

The ideal candidate:

  • General AHPRA registration as a psychologist (or be eligible)
  • Completion of a two-year Master’s degree or PhD in Psychology is preferable
  • Current completion of the registrar program or a board approved area of practice endorsement (preferable)
  • A foundation in clinical and organisational psychology knowledge is preferred
  • Strong facilitation skills and awareness of consulting around psychological services
  • Experience in workplace mental health e.g. developing workplace mental health strategies, training delivery, or other workplace interventions
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong business acumen
  • Competence using virtual delivery platforms
  • Current driver's licence is mandatory
  • Will be willing to undergo a National Criminal History check
