We are looking for a Consultant within the People Advisory team in our Melbourne office.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and analysis to support the development of client deliverables 
  • Assist and participate in workshops and stakeholder engagement activities
  • Work as part of a team in the delivery of workforce strategy, change and communication, organisation design and human resources transformation 
  • Contribute to the delivery of challenging projects across a diverse range of organisations 

 

Skills and attributes for success:

  • Qualifications in human resources, communications, design and business (highly desirable)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly developed problem solving and rectification skills
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to change and deal with ambiguity 
  • Collaborative team player
