About the role:
You’ll be leading your crew in delivering on works as part of our long term contracts. This role comes with a variety of projects, so no two days will be the same. Reporting to the Supervisor, you’ll be setting up sites and running the team through general scopes of projects with a focus on safety and quality. You’ll have operational duties from operating a range of civil machinery to general site duties. This ‘hands on’ role will require you to provide leadership by planning, providing direction and controlling activities whilst working alongside the team in the field!

About you:
To be successful in this challenging yet rewarding role, you will have excellent communication skills and solid customer and commercial awareness on site. You will be confident to plan and structure the workload but also capable to trouble shoot on the fly. You will need to be experienced in pavement rehabilitation, or drainage, as well as:

• A commitment to working safely
• Strong experience in the civil infrastructure industry (maintenance, construction, drainage)
• Experience in team leadership preferred, but not essential
• A flexible work approach, as no two days are the same
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Clean drivers licence, Minimum Class 4 & WTR an advantage
