The Role
The Conference and Event Executive is responsible for liaising with clients to book all reactive sales, catering and group business in the hotel, with a view to minimising response times and increasing overall efficiency of the booking process. To actively manage client service by setting performance standards for guest service and ensuring that each event is handled professionally and in the clients and Hotel’s best interest.
