We have an exciting opportunity for a Mental Health & Addictions Registered Nurse to be a key part in the recovery journey of our Tangata Whaiora. Our team are committed to provide specialist mental health care for those with serious mental health and addiction issues living across Papakura and Manurewa. You will be using your mental health skills and knowledge to improve health outcomes for tangata whaiora who access our services here in the Southern South of Auckland.
You will be required to work within a multidisciplinary team to provide assessment, treatment, support and engage with tangata whaiora and their whanau. You will work in partnership with NGOs and Primary Care providers GP Practices and Marae to provide strength based approaches for overall wellbeing.
