Reporting to the Internal Communications Manager, you will be responsible for continued improvements to internal communications and engagement across our Employment Services team to ensure all relevant information is shared in a clear and engaging way.
What you will be doing…
- Providing day-to-day internal communications and engagement support to the Employment Services Business Unit
- Using your creativity to assist with developing and designing engaging internal communication content and delivering it in a visually appealing way
- Coordinating and maintaining online Employment Services intranet content
- Creating and delivering a valuable and visually appealing quarterly internal newsletter
- Working with our Communications, Marketing and Public Relations teams to deliver content for external media release and ensuring consistent messaging across the business
- Engaging and collaborating with the wider workforce to source and deliver compelling stories that share real insights into the participants they represent
- Utilising your reporting and spreadsheet skills to manage and coordinate business information accurately
- General administration support and other tasks as required
To be considered, you will have…
- A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or/ Public Relations or 1-3yrs experience in a similar role
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills and ability to build positive working relationships
- Excellent attention to detail with a passion for delivering high quality creative outcomes
- A creative mindset with a demonstrated ability to produce engaging content
- Proficiency in MS Office, with strong experience in Microsoft Excel being highly regarded

- Ability to work Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5:00pm
