Job Description

What will you do?

• Provide input into the planning and implementation of operational and strategic programs, and support project management activities.
• Develop creative communication and marketing materials in support of the Leap Program, including promotional materials, email communications, newsletters, intranet stories, and informative presentations (may also include producing graphic design materials related to communication activities).
• Work with program managers to troubleshoot any emerging issues to ensure smooth program delivery.
• Distribute and manage all Leap Program regular communications and contribute to a change initiative to migrate these activities into a new platform tool (Workday Learning)
• Design / maintain our intranet sites (using Jive) for the Leap and assessment programs (training can be provided).
• Coordinate onboarding sessions for participants and facilitators, working with leaders to ideate, plan, and deliver.
• Manage the program mailboxes by responding to, and escalating, inquiries.
• Distribute assessments and support internal partner requests related to our Assessments Portfolio of tools.
• Support Leap program evaluation by compiling and analyzing data and producing periodic reports for internal distribution and team reporting
   

What do you need to succeed?

Must have

• Currently enrolled at a Canadian post-secondary institution in a Business, Marketing and Communications, or HR program (or equivalent)
• Leadership acumen and a passion to apply it in a dynamic business environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Creative and analytical thinker who is self-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proven experience developing ideas using PowerPoint and/or designing web pages in Jive
• Ability to conduct data-driven analysis and reporting (e.g. highly proficient in Excel & MS Office).

Nice-to-have

• Proven experience in project coordination / management or equivalent experience
• Website/Graphic Design or interface design experience
