Target Audience:  Individuals with demonstrated success in a Commercial and Small Business role, especially with respect to new client acquisition, prospecting, etc., as well as having strong financial and business acumen.  Preference will be given to those individuals who have experience in small business and commercial lending and previous banking experience in a relationship management role
