The role

CampaignAgent is seeking a skilled Collections Officer to join our team. You will be responsible for recovering monies owed on outstanding campaigns in a timely and professional manner. Working in collaboration with our agencies to maintain and enhance the relationship, you will have a strong customer service focus while guaranteeing timely payments.

This position is ideal for a strong, purpose-driven person who strives to be a part of a dynamic, invested and ambitious team that is committed to achieving results and a great customer experience.

What you’ll be doing 

  • Plan a course of action to recover outstanding payments
  • Keep track of assigned debts and maintain debt portfolio
  • Locate and contact debtors to affect recovery of outstanding payment
  • Negotiate payments deadlines or payment plans
  • Handle, investigate and resolve vendor and or agency queries
  • Update account status and CAS system regularly
  • Work within assigned KPI’s to effect speedy account resolution.
  • Answer collection calls and respond to emails in a timely and efficient manner
  • Escalate for management review or pre-legal if debtors are unwilling or unable to pay
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements
  • Ensure compliance with all internal Collection training policies and procedures
