GREEN COFFEE SALES - MERCHANT

Working closely with our trade / operations team, not to mention broadening your coffee industry knowledge.

Our team of coffee professionals is focused on inspiring quality outcomes. Condesa Co.Lab coffee is available Coast to Coast across Australia meaning coffee is never far away. 

Condesa Co.Lab is an extension of a global network of origin-integrated companies. Through this network, green coffee is sourced directly from farmers by dedicated teams operating in over 22 countries worldwide. 

Our origin presence allows us to offer farmers pre-crop financing, agronomy training, logistical support, processing, milling and access to a global marketplace.

What you’ll bring:
 

• * Minimum 2 years’ experience in the coffee industry. Green beans in particular is a plus.
• * Q-Grader qualifications are a big plus.
• * Keen interest and ability to generate sales and business development.
• * Passion and thirst for knowledge in coffee excellence.
• * Proven communication skills and the ability to manage negotiations and customer expectations.
• * Positive attitude and proactive about building and maintaining customer relationships.
• * An amazing team player with self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously.
• * Highly organised, and comfortable with administration and sales reporting.
• * A driver’s license is essential.
