What we’re looking for
The Cloud Partner Success Manager will be a key driver in revenue growth and execution of Bells' go-to-market strategy by establishing, developing and supporting the technology alliance with a strategic cloud partner. The Champion will have a well-rounded technology Industry background. They will drive all levels of integration with the partner and act as a key point of contact to liaise with Partner executive team, and Bell’s business development, product management, sales, marketing and support teams.

What you’ll do
Create and maintain productive strategic relationships with the Strategic Cloud Partner.
Identify opportunities that provide both market differentiation of the partner and a growth of Bell's Cloud business.
Support key internal stakeholders including Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and Legal etc.
Co-develop long range partnership plans with measurable goals and milestones. Conduct regular cadence analysis of the health of the partnerships to support plan refinement.
Support interaction with executive teams, to include regular cadence updates and escalations.
Co-develop and manage marketing activities with both internal and Cloud Partner stakeholders. This includes but is not limited to training, collateral, webinars, tradeshows, promotions etc.
Manage the ongoing operational processes required for successful partner enablement.
Facilitate alignment between Bell and the Cloud Partner field organizations.
Be a key Bell subject matter expert and enabler with Cloud Partner
Experience You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s Degree in Business and/or equivalent work experience
Previous experience in a Business Development capacity
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-departmental collaboration on strategic initiatives
Experience developing and communicating GTM strategy or Product Marketing to various stakeholders
Strong leadership experience with a track record of developing high performing teams
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Have work experience in the sales industry (technology reseller and channel experience an asset).
Creativity and be a strategic thinker with strong presentation experience
