 About the Role

We are seeking a Clinical Lead to lead our WA & SA operations.  Working closely with our Regional Manager- you will be responsible for leadership of Clinical Services across South Australia and Western Australia.

More specifically, you will be required to:

• Develop and lead your team across the entire suite of products and services, ensuring optimum quality performance, profitability and effective use of business assets and human capital.
• Work with the team to meet targets whilst ensuring best practice, professional compliance and management of excellent stakeholder relationships.
• Work collaboratively with the service lines (e.g. EAP, OD, etc) community of practice to identify and consistently implement national best practice in the areas of Assure's sales, customer care, service delivery, quality and innovation.
• Liaise with, influence and provide care to customers, partners, and government stakeholders at a senior level.

About You

To be successful in the role you will have:

• Post graduate tertiary qualifications and experience in Psychology or Social Work;
• A full general registration with AHPRA or AASW with Mental Health Accreditation;
• A demonstrated track record of successfully leading and growing a professional services team;
• A strong people leader with the ability to leverage off existing resources and capabilities in new and unique ways to achieve success;
• Ability to balance the demands of multiple client assignments and staff development while pushing the intellectual envelope in search of solutions to complex problems;
• Exceptional interpersonal/ communication skills ;
• Creative thinking and innovative solution design to complex business problems
