Our Patient Safety and Quality Assurance team is looking for a Clinical Analyst to join them. This is a stimulating and varied role where you will be responsible for the measurement and monitoring of quality and patient safety.

Based at Middlemore Hospital, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement in healthcare processes through measurement, synthesis and reporting of quality (i.e. patient safety, effectiveness and experience) data. Sources of data may include surveillance audits, clinical audits, adverse incidents and administrative data including that provided by the Health Roundtable.

This position will offer the incumbent development opportunities working alongside a number of senior stakeholders and clinicians.

To be successful in this role you will need to have a background in data analytics and reporting, preferred previous knowledge of the health sector or quality/patient safety, and experience of quality improvement.
