My Downtown client is seeking a Clinic Operations Manager to lead, motivate and drive the team. This is a new role and Robert Half is looking for someone who is professional and ambitious who can understand and implement business operations. This clinic is part of a larger network and multi-disciplinary team. As the Clinic Operations Manager, you will play a led role in creating a collaborative and motivated team, in the day-to-day operations and establishing strategies and roadmaps for the coming years.

Some key responsibilities:

• Leading a team of 8 - 10 individuals
• Mentoring, coaching, performance evaluations
• Scheduling appointments and arranging for specialist consultations
• Preparing clients for tests and examinations
• Updating medical records
• Contacting clients to remind them of required tests, examinations, and follow up consultations
• Provide support for general office administrative
• Continuous evaluation and review of all operational processes and procedures
• Building out strategies, compiling reports, and creating innovative strategies

• Previous experience in a clinical setting leading a team (5 years)
