About the opportunity

We're seeking an experienced, highly motivated Client Support Coordinator who can deliver a superior level of account administration and client management.

You will report directly to the Managing Director and will work in conjunction with the wider team both internally and in the field.

You'll also be responsible for; 

  • Continually meeting customer service KPI's by ensuring emails, calls and work orders are attended to promptly and effectively
  • Processing client work orders and invoices
  • Monitoring client work orders, contractor PO’s and completion reports
  • Liaising with internal departments, operations and service teams
  • Running regular reports on staff and service performance outcomes
  • Coordinating work schedules and staff rosters

About you

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 2 years account administration experience
  • Previous background in the services sector (ideal)
  • Ability to manage client accounts and coordinate job requests
  • Experience managing the CRM and other key systems
  • Ability to simplify a solution to complex problems
  • A commitment to learning and developing their skills
  • Proficiency in company applications, social media and online tools
  • Advanced user knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Understanding and use of G-Suite system
