The Role:

As a brand ambassador for Audika, this is a pivotal role within a hearing clinic, where you will work closely with our valued clients to provide them with the best possible service.

Generally, you will be comfortably working as part of a small clinic team and on occasions autonomously. Rostered 3 full days across Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide face-to-face and phone-based customer care, hearing screening checks and minor hearing aid maintenance (training provided)
  • Clinics diary and Inbox Management
  • Provide administrative support for day-to-day clinic operations (ordering, filing, mail and payment management)
  • Participate in local area marketing events to promote hearing services.

 

You will be successful in this role if you have:

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and empathy to customers
  • Computer literacy skills
  • Experience using POS systems an advantage
  • Good and solid skills in written communication
  • Organised, punctual, detail orientated with well-developed problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in a customer service/care providing environment would be advantageous.
