Name and description of the hiring department:
The Resolution Representative responds to calls from clients entitled to a VIP service, such as high-valued customers that require technical support with their Bell Residential services. Responsible to interpret the nature of the customer’s technical problem and help resolve the issues over the phone through various technical troubleshooting steps. The Resolution Representative is also responsible to enhance the customer experience by advocating for products and services that would improve service performance for the customer. Quality of service as well as efficient resolution are key to this important role.
Job Duties / Accountabilities:
Respond to client requests/inquiries and ensure complete resolution of customer issues in a queue environment
Navigate computer systems to track calls, gather information and effectively resolve customer issues in the shortest possible time
Provide a great experience and build loyalty with every customer, every day
Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues via email, memos, etc.
Identify specific coaching and training opportunities
Essential Qualifications / Competencies:
You can easily express yourself in English and you understand French
You’re knowledgeable about new technology and ready to explain it to anyone, from an expert to a novice
You have Experience in Customer Services or in technical environment: definite asset
High school diploma

Working Condition:
Working remotely
Hours of operation are: 7:00AM – 11:30PM 7 days a week with rotating weekends – required to work every other weekend
The role will be an evening schedule (4-11pm)
You need to be available 37.5 hours per week every week
Call center environment
Salary scale starts at 21$/h with automatic increase 1 to 2 times a year every year
