We are a growing recruitment and immigration firm based in Auckland and Hamilton. We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager/Recruitment Specialist to join our busy recruitment team of FARMSTAFF. This role is focused on reaching employers in the dairy farming sector to offer our recruitment and immigration services. The position comes with a stable base salary and an attractive commission on sales. 

The suitable applicant must have:

• Have a good experience of meeting the KPI targets preferably in sales or in recruitment
• Good network within the farming community or farming groups
• Have an ability to make cold calls and have strong communication skills
• Ability to generate new sales leads
• A valid driving license

Knowledge of dairy farming work, Primary ITO, Federated Farmers and DairyNZ would be an advantage. So if you are already working in the dairy farming sector and looking for a career change this could be the right opportunity for you. 

 What the daily work would be:

• Find sales opportunities with employers and visit dairy farms
• Manage and grow your own client portfolio
• Managing multiple end-to-end recruitment processes
• Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with new clients
• Provide excellent service delivery to your portfolio of established relationships
