About the role:

• Manage communication to the organisation and its service providers through phone and email
• Assist clients with log in help, setting up new users, device specifications and generally help clients when they have a problem or need help
• Ensure CRM database is managed correctly and updated accordingly
• Manage email and phone queries from all users of the software

About you:
