We have yet another opportunity with an ‘award winning’ provider who has quite literally doubled their client services team in the last year!! They are continually investing in this team to ensure their clients experience is second to none.
As a Client Relationship Manager, you will manage the below responsibilities;
- Assist clients and advisors of Kiwisaver and managed funds over the phone or via email.
- Support clients in relation to Kiwisaver, Unit Trusts withdrawals and Aussie and NZ Super transfers queries.
- Complete onboarding checks and process new member applications.
- Problem solve client issues, liaise with appropriate stakeholders and follow up for members.
- Ensure compliance requirements such as AML/CFT are met as well as changes to regulation.
- Take an active role in contributing to the wider inbound team – this could involve process efficiencies, technical improvements or customer experience initiatives.

- Pretty clued up on Kiwisaver and Investments in general and ideally have worked in Kiwisaver or Investments.
- OR perhaps you’ve worked in the bank or another Financial Services business with exposure to Investments.
- OR maybe you’ve studied, gained some work/ life experience in customer services and decided Investments is where you want your career to head…
