An opportunity exists for an adaptable team player to join our QA team at our Supply Solutions branch located in Girraween.

About the Role:

Due to the continual growth of our business, an exciting opportunity has become available at our Supply Solutions division for a switched on, self-driven and adaptable team player to take on the role of Claims Officer located at Girraween. Reporting to the Administration Manager, this role is responsible for raising, reviewing and processing claims as well as other administration duties such as weekly reporting and supporting different teams within the business. Training will be provided with an immediate start available.

Duties:

• Review and process branch claims
• Generate weekly claim reports
• Raise claims for local and international suppliers
• Liaise and provide support and assistance to QA/ Administration/ Purchasing/ Sales teams
• Liaise with QA Co-Ordinator, provide assistance with Internal Audits and WINs
• Undertake other clerical duties such as filing, mailing and other duties as required

Skills and Experience:

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Strong time management skills (able to work to deadlines) and work under pressure
• Aptitude for working with a range of computers systems
• Strong analytical skills and ability to provide accurate reporting
• Adaptable to a variety of diverse tasks
• High level of motivation and well organised
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
