Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming promotion hotline for customer enquiries
- Promote insurance product / promotion plan to customers through telephone call (no cold call is needed)
- Provide professional insurance advice to customers and understand customer needs
- Achieve individual and team target
- Handle ad-hoc project
Requirements:
- Holding valid IIQE papers 1,2,3
- At least 1-year call centre or insurance selling experience
- Excellent telephone manner, communication skills and servicing skills
- Self-motivated, aggressive with a positive mind
- Native in Cantonese
Compensation & Benefits:
- Basic salary of HK$12,000
- Attractive commission scheme (Average monthly take home of HK$40,000 or above)
- Performance / Special Incentive (Monthly HK$8,000 or above)
- Incentive trip
- 5 days’ work per week (37.5 hours per week)
