Opportunity - Client Account Services - CAS Change & Strategy Account Governance

As a member of the Account Governance team you will be responsible for data quality, helping to drive the effective delivery of a key program for Global Client Account Services (CAS). Will require working with stakeholders across CAS businesses, looking to leverage data quality and management of best practice across agent securities accounts :

  • Implement and build out an Agent Securities Account Governance model responsible for data integrity
  • Execute account due diligence standards.
  • Build out a BAU account integrity check model

Key responsibilities:

  • Build expertise in CAS processes, including understanding of the critical data elements (CDE's) for account governance
  • In partnership with the change management project team build out comprehensive account data reconciliations for CDE's as defined by the business
  • Creating data visualisations; dashboards, controls and real time reconciliations
  • Account data integrity validation via automated reconciliations across all LOB's
  • Case and query management of data discrepancies
  • Analyze data for trends and patterns, and Interpret data
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes either by working with internal stakeholders/teams or with external agents
  • Issue exception reporting and breaks to LOB's and coordinate with processing team for remediation
  • Ongoing monitoring of data quality across multiple data elements to ensure adherence to the governance model
  • Recertification of business account owner records

Requirements

You will have strong adherence to procedures and controls, and should be analytical and risk and control inclined. The role involves frequent communication with internal Business Partners.

Essential skills:

  • Custody and Fund Services Product knowledge strongly preferred
  • Experience of Data Governance Principles
  • Understanding of regulatory environment within Financial Services sector
  • Reconciliation experience
  • Agile Project management and Business analysis experience
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation (both oral and written) & influencing skills
  • Confident in communicating internally at all levels; candidate will be dealing with stakeholders of varying degrees of seniority across business
  • Effective change management skills. Ability to support & adopt within a changing environment
  • Self-starter, able to work autonomously, with strong time management skills
  • Alteryx and Tableau
  • Xceptor and Saphyre knowledge - added advantage
