Job Description

We are a husband and wife Chiropractic team that have recently taken over a practice in Bridgewater where we live.  We are a low volume, high quality of care practice.  We both work 2 days each at this practice and are looking for 2 people to work 2 days each, beginning as casual and moving quickly to permanent part time.  

The practice hours at the moment are 8:45-3:15pm Mon-Thurs, but these are already growing.  We are looking for someone who is caring, uses initiative, organised, efficient with time management and great with communication.  

The roll will include:

  • Booking of appointments and calendar management 
  • Processing of payments, perform banking duties and reconcile transactions
  • Type letters and relevant correspondence
  • General office administration duties including answering phones, greeting clients and stakeholders, mail distribution, stationary/office supplies ordering, data entry and maintaining general filing system
  • General cleaning and upkeep to maintain high standards of cleanliness and appearance
  • Provide high level reception support to clients and staff at the practice

We may also assign you other duties, where reasonable for your position, training and experience.

Experience in reception is not essential, but experience as a Chiropractic patient is preferred. 

We want to create an environment that you love to work in and are upgrading equipment and systems, and are open to feedback. We plan to grow the hours of this practice, and are looking for someone who is flexible and can cover the other receptionist for illness, holidays etc.
