You will report to the Manager, IT Delivery, P&C Transactional Assets.

Your role

• Lead an agile team (scrum/squad)
• Create, challenge, or contribute to software development, tests and any other related tasks, as required, to meet sprint commitments
• Act as technical expert for an inventory of specific applications.
• Understand and support detailed business practices and issues involving the applications in question.
• Understand business issues, identify and analyze the needs of internal clients, document requests, and prepare recommendations to design or adapt systems to meet those needs
• As a squad, take charge of, coordinate and respond to different requests prioritized in collaboration with the PO
• Analyze our clients issues/problems
• Analyze and resolve production incidents
• As needed, collaborate with stakeholders for more complex requests and analyses
• Provide continuous support for systems (3rd level production support) Take on a supporting role for incidents involving the supported systems, while collaborating to resolve them and investigating the root cause of the incidents
• Define the scope and objectives of non-complex changes to systems based on user needs and in line with the Bank’s policies and technical orientations

You will have to help give 24/7 support (on a rotating basis) for the TBT application.

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or another diploma and several years of relevant experience
• Experience in and knowledge of the Wealth Management field
• Experience analyzing and resolving problems
• Experience at National Bank, more specifically in IT Operations processes, an asset
• Good knowledge of applications used by the branches (Transactional Banking Terminal, Access platform, etc.)
• Good knowledge of IT in general
• Recognized as being disciplined, engaging, determined and dynamic
• Agile team player, client focused and good listening skills
• French (spoken and written); knowledge of English, an asset.
