A popular St Kilda icon serving Italian inspired dishes up to 7 days a week until late. Topolino’s has a well-established reputation within the St Kilda / Bayside area with an extensive menu to match and is loved by locals and tourists alike. We cater to a number of dietary requirementsand our extensive full menu is available from open until close. 
The Role:
We are looking for qualified Chef who can work within a dynamic and high performing environment. Key duties will include but not limited to:
· Ensuring that all food is of excellent quality and served in a timely manner.
· Planning the menu, keeping in mind budget, and availability of seasonal ingredients.
· Coordinating kitchen staff , and assisting them as required

· Create prep lists for kitchen crew and manage food costing and inventory.
· Maintain standards for food storage, rotation, quality, and appearance.
· Ensure compliance with applicable health codes and regulations
· Preparing meals to a high standard according to company policy
Key Requirements:
· AQF certifi cate IV or trade certifi cate in cookery
· Minimum of 2 years experience in relevant fi eld is required
· Outstanding communication skills and attention to details.
Salary:
· $ 55,545 salary annually plus superannuation
