About the role
Our Design and Change Team are currently seeking an experienced Change Manager. You will be involved in several intricately linked workstreams that will transform the way we work.
As a dedicated Change Manager you will be responsible for leading and managing the design, development and implementation of change management interventions to ensure the successful delivery of change across specific portfolios or workstreams. You'll be involved in applying appropriate change management processes and tools to lead the design, development and implementation of fit-for-business change strategies across key business change initiatives, to support adoption of the changes and maximise the realisation of business benefits.
About you
As an experienced Change Analyst looking for a step up or a Change Manger wanting a new challenge, you'll bring with you experience managing, implementing, facilitating and monitoring change ideally across transformational change programmes that have spanned multiple departments.
You'll couple this with
Naturally you'll also be a team player, with excellent attention to detail, the ability to pick things up quickly and a real desire to succeed.
This role is based at our Highbrook Campus in East Tamaki, Auckland.
