We take a comprehensive, business-first view to address strategy, customer value, user experiences, processes, technology and operational impacts in tandem. A key part of this approach is to ensure that people are at the centre of any technology change and that people related impacts are properly considered and accounted for during implementation.Â

The growth of our People Advisory Services practice in this space means we are looking for experts with strong understanding of technical change management. This would include experience in organisational design, training, culture and change management for organisations undergoing large scale technical change.

Your key responsibilities
 Â
•   Lead teams in the implementation of organisational change projects with a particular focus on Digital and ERP programmes including:
•   Developing a change strategy and implementation plan, stakeholder engagement and change support throughout the programme
•   Oversight of our Change Consultants in designing and delivering the Change Plan using our world class Change Experience Methodology and Change Insights Analytics
•   Design and delivery of Learning Strategies in collaboration with our regional Learning Centre of Excellence.
•   Create and facilitate innovative people-based insights using our WaveSpace Innovation Hub to support our client’s change program.
•   As a key member of our Change Practice you will participate in Key Accounts, Bid and Proposal Management to and deliver win major projects in the WA market

Skills and attributes for success
Â
•   Proven experience working on technical change programmes, in particular, with ERP implementation
•   Experience in leading teams that deliver significant organisation-wide change.
•   Deep understanding of organisational change theory related to organisational culture, people management, communications, business process change and business transformation.
•   Proven experience in project management and change methods
•   Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at a senior level as well as a diverse range of people at all levels (internal and external clients)
•   Ability to work with limited supervision in ambiguous situations, with resilience and tenacityÂ
•   Knowledge of/experience in any of the following technologies and their organisational implications:
•   ERP systems (e.g., SAP Solutions Suite (SAP S/4Hana preferred), Microsoft Dynamics)
•   Emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Big Data, RPA, IoT, Blockchain) Â

Ideally, you’ll also have

•   A degree in commerce, psychology, management, business or technology
•   Experience in working in a consulting environment at senior levels
•   An interest in furthering your career in a leading consulting practice
