Job Description
About the role:
Our client is looking for an intermediate to Senior Change and Release Analyst to manage software enhancements through the release cycle / pre-production into the production environment. You will also be responsible for managing all change communication and change management process with key stakeholders.
To be successful in this role you must be / have:
- Prior Change and Release Analyst experience
- Experience working in an enterprise sized environment
- Agile environment experience
- Thorough understanding of ITIL frameworks
- Solid IT and SDLC understanding
