The Change and Communications Advisor is part of the Change, Capability and Communications team within IT Services, Massey University. Our aim is to effectively communicate with lots of different groups of stakeholders about the systems and services that IT Services provide, and to help manage the impact of system changes to minimise disruption and maximise benefits.

You will ideally have the following experience:

• Experience in communications planning and supporting the delivery of communication related activities of change management in an ICT function
• Professional writing, editing and proofreading experience across a variety of media that are tailored to the needs of individual audiences
• Proven ability to grasp complex concepts and translate these into compelling easy to understand communications
• Proven ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with staff within a large organisation

We are seeking a team-orientated individual who has a way with words and people. You enjoy process but can cope with surprises and can focus on details while keeping the bigger picture in mind. You will join an established team of Change and Communication specialists to help deliver projects and changes across the line with competent and effective methods of communication and engagement.
