Certificate IV Business Sales Traineeship- Sunshine West

• 24-month full time position, Monday to Friday (38hrs per week)
• Undertake a 'Certificate IV in Business'
• Receive a weekly wage plus super and leave entitlements

Skillinvest is seeking a motivated candidate to undertake a 24-month full time Business Sales Traineeship with an organisation in Sunshine West. Our trainee will receive ongoing mentoring whilst learning on-the-job and undertaking a 'Certificate IV in Business'.

Duties

• Take ownership of our vendor manage kan ban system
• Quote jobs and process orders, manage and resolve issues.
• Learn business processes and undertake formal training
• Demonstrate an eagerness to learn and apply learned skills
• Fielding calls and emails directly from clients and processing orders
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the sales and customer service
• Support our trade sales desk
• Participate in team meetings
• Produce sales leads from the inquiries received

Requirements

• Recently completed high school or relevant tertiary studies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to listen to customers and identify the requirements.
• Hungry and driven to hit the sales targets.
• Honest character and adaptable to changes.
• Eagerness to build knowledge of Customer Service and/or Sales principles and practices.
• Excellent conflict resolution skills including decision making and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• This role requires staff to be fully vaccinated for COVID 19
