The Opportunity
 
The Technology Solution Delivery, Financial Services team is in a substantial growth phase, and as a result we are looking for a high performing Customer Communications Management Consultant, to join our successful and growing team.
You will focus on assisting organisations with broad services from architecture, design and delivery for small to large implementation programs.
 
What you’ll do:
 

• Help our clients define and deploy CCM systems to enable them to better manage their customer communications across a wide range of media.
• Experience working with senior internal and external stakeholders, contributing to workshops to drive strategy and transformational initiatives.
• Define and document current and target state domain architecture and landscapes, ensuring broader enterprise target state and landscape architectures are considered and acted upon when required.
• Project management experience; Identify and effectively manage the architectural impacts; including assessments, dependencies, tools, technical requirements, issues and risks relevant to project-related solutions
• Identify and assess technology opportunities to support business and technical strategies and goals 
• Provide strategic guidance to opportunities and BAU activities as required 
• Technical leadership and the ability to work with a wider group of architects, application, product and business teams to define and socialise architectural concepts and approaches.

 
Skills and attributes for success
 
To qualify for the role you must have 
 

• 5 years' in financial services consulting experience
• At least 3 years’ experience leading the implementation of Customer Communications Management (CCM) platforms
• SmartCOMM experience
• Template rationalisation/design experience
• Experienced in template and document design, rationalisation and migration with full development lifecycle knowledge.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and leading a multi-disciplinary team 
• Effective communication and relationship skills
• A result orientated and commercially customer focused mindset

 
Ideally, you’ll also have experience with and understanding of leading CCM vendor platforms such as OpenText, SmartComms, Quadient and others.
