This role supports both the CCDM Nurse Coordinator and the TrendCare Nurse Coordinator in leading the work programme that enables ongoing CCDM and Safe Staffing across Hutt Hospital.  This is an exciting and challenging role that will allow you to use your excellent leadership and communication skills to make a difference.  You will be part of a team with responsibilities for enabling HVDHB to attain optimum patient outcomes by achieving staffing that closely matches the needs and care required for patients 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

The CCDM team at Hutt is small but dynamic. They are passionate about supporting health care professionals to have safer working environments and achieve better patient outcomes. The teams has 3.0 FTE to support the CCDM and TrendCare programmes of work.

Skills that are desirable included 

• At least 3 years clinical experience
• An ability to analyse data and identify trends.
• Developing and sustaining constructive relationships with key stakeholders

• Senior health professional (registered nurse, midwife or allied health) with a current APC
• Ability to write quality reports, including narrative, graphs and tables
