Our club, shortly to celebrate its 150th anniversary, and with over 1,000 members seeks an experienced caterer to manage the kitchen facility. Catering responsibilities are diverse and principally comprise;

• Saturday afternoon/ evening provision of meals for up to 8 senior teams together with their supporters and families.
• Provision of week-night post-training meals, both junior & senior.
• Running cafe operation for Saturday morning junior rugby.
• Catering for up to 250 people at our Seagulls luncheons, junior social functions and special events.
• Ad-hoc catering to suit demand.

An arrangement will be negotiated with the appointee who will operate independently and retain catering income. There is an obligation to provide food at all times that the bar is open. We would be open to discussions regarding sub-leasing the large commercial kitchen. 

This is not a full-time role and would suit an enthusiastic individual with other business interests prepared to be adaptable and contribute to the spirit of the club.
