Doctors of Northcote is a popular General Practice in the heart of Northcote. We are conveniently located on High Street, the main strip in Northcote, with public transport at our door step. The Practice is owned by a GP couple who are committed to providing our patients with the highest quality care and service.

About the Role

The opportunity to work for a highly respected and busy GP clinic doesn’t come along very often.

You will be required to assist with the operations of the front reception and administrative area and must be able to work both part of a team and autonomously.

We pride ourselves on our vibrant, fun and friendly work environment. We enjoy spending time together as a team and hold regular social events. Ideally, you will be someone who shares similar values and would enjoy joining in on the fun.

Shifts are available 7 days a week, with up to full-time hours available (if desired).

Your Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Customer service and patient care
• Opening and/or closing the clinic
• Calls
• Bookings
• Billing accounts
• Additional ad hoc duties as required

To be successful in this role the following is highly regarded:

• experience working in the healthcare sector
• excellent written and verbal communication
• have a positive and pro-active attitude
• be reliable and trustworthy
